Quote and deposit
Every project starts with a detailed quote accepted by the client before work begins. A deposit is required to reserve the slot and start the project.
Refunds
The deposit is fully refundable if the project is cancelled before work begins. Once work has started, the deposit is no longer refundable, as it covers time already committed.
Delivery and balance
The remaining balance is due on delivery, before the site goes live on the client's domain.
Ownership
The delivered site becomes the client's property once full payment is received.
Revisions
The number of included revisions is specified in the quote. Requests outside the original scope may require an additional quote.
